**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage schools SharePoint, when necessary
- Ensure project implementations adhere to MOE policies, guidelines and standards
- Provide progress updates of projects to the HOD (ICT) or equivalent
- Prepare relevant documentation and guidelines about the projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to iShineCloud Services e.g. login issues, etc,
- Work with SH (ICT) in preparing the ICT Masterplan annually
- Co-ordinate with vendors on schedules of delivery/repairs to be done
- Raise Service Requests (SR) for any ICT-related needs
- Manage content of Digital Signage display, if necessary
- Prepare video-presentations for major events like Graduation Ceremony
- Provide logistics/AV support and like Camps, TL Seminar etc.
- Design e-banners, banners, booklet covers, bookmarks, LAN slides etc

**Training for Staff**

a) Assist teachers in the classroom and during ICT Lessons

b) Provide training for teachers on new e-portals, new software and new IT equipment, educational tools paired with the iPad, new educational portals, GSuite, Student Management Tools in class, and any educational tools/systems.

**Administrative**
- Create and deletion of accounts for users (Active Directory & Exchange login details)
- Manage user accounts within the Domain and user directories in server
- Update IT inventory list, network diagrams and IT equipment layout floor plans
- Checking of all backup to ensure it is working
- Assist school ICT committee with the managing of ICT resources, such as loaning or disposal of all IT equipment
- Perform content updates for school website

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in ICT with 5 years of relevant ICT experience
- Good ICT technical knowledge - IT-Administration; IT-Hardware; IT-Software/Development
- Preferable to have experience in managing contracts for ICT projects, liaising with ICT vendors and project management
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, work both independently and as a team
- Network experience, preferably with CCNA/CCNP certifications
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server platforms, like Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, Group Policy, etc. Preferably with MCSA/MCSE certifications

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
