**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Drafter Duties (2D & 3D)**:

- Prepare **2D architectural, structural, and M&E drawings** using AutoCAD.
- Develop **3D models** and visualizations using **SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max** (or other tools).
- Create realistic **3D perspectives** for client presentations.
- Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or client feedback.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.

**Quantity Surveyor Duties**:

- Perform **quantity take-offs** from drawings.
- Prepare **cost estimates**, **BOQs**, and **material schedules**.
- Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
- Prepare and submit **progress claims**, **variation orders**, and **final accounts**.
- Attend site visits for measurement verification and progress tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and **3D modeling software** (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and measurement.
- Minimum **2 years of relevant experience** in a similar role.
- Familiar with Singapore's building codes and BCA submission standards.
- Good time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **interior design or A&A projects**.
- Able to produce **realistic renderings** for client approvals.
- Familiarity with **Excel-based BOQ** and costing templates.

Pay: $2,419.42 - $5,536.20 per month
