Well-Established Non-Profit Platform - Newly Created Headcount **About Our Client**: Our client is a global non-profit organisation that prides itself as the pioneer in conservation space. To effectively engage the private sectors for potential initiatives, they have decided to hire a dedicated professional sitting in APAC region (flexible on locations) with real passion in hot issues like climate changes and biodiversity. This is a newly created regional position sitting in APAC region in line with the growing activity levels happening in the region. Reporting to the Head of Engagement (Private Sectors) sitting in global headquarter and also the Regional Head of Partnership and Engagement in APAC, you will be responsible for developing the structured strategy on corporate engagements with a number of key sectors (predominantly financial institution and investment world) so as to outreach and align on the potential initiatives ranging from fund-raising, partnership, advisory, advocacy and capacity building in the broader sustainability domain. As the pioneer in APAC region, you will need to build this function from scratch with the support of global HQ. **The Successful Applicant**: On top of that, prior relationship management/business development/partnership experience will be critical and ideally you should also have strong understanding about the dynamics in private sectors especially in the in financial world (given they are key "influencers" within the sustainability ecosystem). Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor (at least from the start) with capability to engage the right stakeholders and identify the right soft-spot to achieve win-win situation will be important. Flexibility on occasional travelling is required (while you can be based in any key locations in Asia region) **What's on Offer**: It is a high profile role that you can make the real impact while engaging the key stakeholders in the region.
