**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The administrative assistant serves as the point of contact between management, staff and prospective customers. An administrative assistant is an important person assisting the Marketing Manager, Centre Manager and Academic Head in the daily operation of the learning centre dealing with overseas students and parents, mainly from China.

**Main Duties**:

- Promote ILH courses and address enquiries to prospects or walk-in customers.
- Ensure the tidiness of the premises before opening the centre daily.
- Coordinate with Centre Manager / Marketing Manager for customer registration, entry tests, trial lessons and enrolment paperwork.
- Coordinate with Centre Manager and Academic Head on the daily operation and student matters.
- Collect and review quality feedback from parents and students.
- Administrative duties including maintaining customers and office records, ordering office supplies, coordinating printer servicing, etc.
- Perform any other relevant admin duties and responsibilities assigned ad-hoc by the Centre Manager and Academic Head.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Higher Nitec (relevant courses), A Level or Diploma certificate (in any field).
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible 5-days work schedule: 4 weekdays & 1 weekend **OR **3 weekdays & 2 weekend.
- Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Weekday and Weekend)
