**About Our Client**:
Our client, a subsidiary of a well-established Japanese regional bank, is a Singapore-based consultancy founded in 2024. The company offers strategic consulting and tailored solutions. It supports Japanese businesses expanding into Southeast Asia and helps non-Japanese companies enter the Singaporean and Japanese markets. Their services include business development, financial advisory, and navigating regulatory challenges to drive successful international growth.

They are looking to hire a **Sales Assistant**to play a key role in driving their business expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, contributing to the success of a rapidly growing consultancy in an exciting and evolving market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the manager in assisting clients with market entry into Singapore and Japan
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies
- Liaise with the head office in Japan to coordinate cross-border projects and communication
- Conduct sales activities such as outreach, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) when necessary
- Prepare and manage client documentation, reports, and presentation materials
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in research and data collection related to market trends, regulations, and business opportunitiesAd-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the Singapore and/or Japanese market, particularly in the finance or banking sector
- Experience in a sales assistant, junior sales, or similar support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in Japanese is highly advantageous to communicate effectively with the head office and Japanese counterparties

- **Salary Range**:SGD $4,000 - $7,000 per month (based on experience)
- **Employment Type**:Contract with annual renewal or potential to transition to permanent
- **Work Arrangement**:Remote
- **Working Hours**:Office hours(Mon-Fri)
