**Job Title**: Event Crew / Event Assistant

**Location**: Mega Woodlands Store
**Address**: at the location we state, our office, warehouse or event venue

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Transportation & Setup**:

- Arrive at Mega Woodlands Store on time to collect event items.
- Carefully transport and carry heavy props to and from the venue.
- Set up decorations neatly, ensuring all items are intact and well-arranged.

2. **Event Operations**:

- Assist with serving drinks or food to guests during the event.
- Handle various tasks such as taking iPhone content or assisting with camera operations.
- Help with floral arrangement adjustments and ensuring decorations remain pristine throughout the event.
- Support the event coordinator in event execution and crisis management.

3. **Accountability & Reporting**:

- Avoid damaging, misplacing, or breaking any items; ensure accountability for all event materials.
- Communicate effectively within the team to ensure smooth operations.

4. **Adaptability & Problem-Solving**:

- Step into various roles as needed during the event, adapting to dynamic requirements.
- Address and resolve any crises or challenges promptly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor under stress and avoid emotional reactions.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the team to execute tasks flawlessly.
- Ensure the event timeline is followed, and all tasks are completed successfully.

**Requirements**:

- Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy props.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure flawless decoration and setup.
- Punctuality and time management: must report to Mega Woodlands Store and event venues on time.
- Accountability and reliability in handling event-related items and tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable to handle multiple roles and responsibilities under pressure.
- Experience in event setup, coordination, or operations is a plus.

**Mandatory Reporting**:

- Submit start time, end time, selfie, and location tag via the designated group chat.
- Provide real-time updates as tasks are completed or issues arise.
