As an Event Crew Member, you will play an integral role in the successful execution of events. You will work hands-on in setting up and tearing down event sites, ensuring every detail aligns with our client's vision and our company's high standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Setup and Breakdown: Erect and dismantle event structures like tents, booths, stages, and displays.
- Decorations: Assist in the setting up of lighting, décor, and other aesthetic components.
- Technical Assistance: Support in the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment.
- Transportation: Load and unload event materials, ensuring safe transport to and from venues.
- On-site Support: Act as the go-to person during events, assisting vendors, attendees, and clients.
- Clean Up: Ensure venues are returned to their original state post-event.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during setup, event operation, and breakdown.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with event coordinators and other crew members.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and setting up heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in event setup or related field is a plus.
