**Job Description: Junior Designer for Leading Pet Food Brand**

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate the marketing team to create compelling visuals that align with our brand and project goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding designer to grow their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design Support:

- Assist in creating design assets for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Contribute to the design and layout of marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.

2. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing & sales team members to ensure projects meet client expectations.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

3. Creative Development:

- Develop and pitch fresh design concepts for various projects.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team especially ai.

4. Technical Execution:

- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and canva to create high-quality visuals.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for different formats and platforms.

5. Organization and Workflow:

- Maintain organized files and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining a library of design assets and templates for the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative and technical design skills.
