**JUNIOR DESIGNER**:

JERDE is currently seeking for an energetic and passionate registered architect who thrives in collaborative multi-disciplinary environments. You will participate in the design development of international projects at various stages.

**ORGANIZATION**:
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Design Director / Design Principal

Coordinates with: Project Manager / Project Team

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/SKILL SET**:

- Degree in Architecture with post-graduation experience with a focus on Masterplanning, Mixed-use developments or Hospitality projects
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Well versed Sketchup, Rhino + Grasshopper, Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of 3ds Max is a plus.
- Technical coordination abilities, attention to details, good people and project management skill with a good sense of design

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Execute design concepts through diagrams, two dimensional drawings, and three-dimensional physical models under the direction of a Design Director / Design Principal and Senior Designer PM.
- May participate in design presentations.
- May communicate with project team members and on occasion clients.
- May coordinate work with consultants.
- Format files and operate laser cutting and 3D modeling equipment.
- Responsible for preparing design presentations.
- Assist in organization of presentation material.
- Responsible for preparation of design documents that meet project requirements and office standards.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:

- Open office work stations.
- Domestic and/or international travel maybe required.
- Some after-hours availability maybe required
