- Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
- Work with HR on hiring, training, payroll and employee welfare to minimise turnover.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
- Monitor and maintain operation & overhead costs to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Involvement in the monthly and annual Budgeting process.
- Involvement in audit processes and action plans.
- Working with HQ and local marketing team on promotions and strategies for rooms and add on services.
