**Responsibilities**
- Manage FP&A processes focused on reporting and forecasting financial and operational results, prepare budget and business plan exercises and execute ad-hoc business analysis.
- Prepare Annual Budget, Business Plan and business evolution forecast exercises
- Support the Board and Business Units by collaborating in projects and ad-hoc analysis for reflection and definition of business strategies
- Prepare other ad-hoc strategic analysis: financial modelling for simulation of different regulatory/competition scenarios and long-term financial viability of the company
- Focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement of business planning and control support infrastructures
- Support the process of international expansion

**Requirements**:

- MBA or MSc degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
- Keen understanding of financial planning & control and budget management
- Experience in similar industry or infrastructure-related industry prefered
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word and PPT; Knowledge of SAP, Adaptive Planning, among other planning tools will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to create rapport with various stakeholders
- High analytical capacity, critical thinking and strong planning/prioritization capabilities
- Focus on problem solving and resilience/adaptation to change
