Senior FP&A Analyst - Business Partner (Event Projects) Join to apply for the Senior FP&A Analyst - Business Partner (Event Projects) role at Adecco About Us: We are a growing event company delivering unique projects that require creativity, precision, and business insight. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who can manage end-to-end FP&A for event projects , act as a trusted business partner to the Director and C-level executives, and drive financial initiatives across the organization. You will own the process , develop templates, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to guide project and business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end FP&A for each project, including planning, forecasting, and analysis. Develop and maintain reporting templates for consistent and accurate tracking of project performance. Engage with multiple stakeholders across operations, sales, and management to gather data and understand project dynamics. Monitor project financials, conduct variance analysis , and provide insights for decision-making. Own financial initiatives , from process improvements to ad-hoc strategic projects. Act as a business partner to Director and C-level executives , providing confident recommendations and challenging assumptions where needed. Adapt FP&A approaches to the unique nature of each project , ensuring flexibility and relevance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA a plus. 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally in project-based or fast-moving environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives. Experience in creating reporting templates and dashboards is a plus.
