Job Duties
- Analyse and assess credit requests brought forward by Relationship Managers and respond to related enquiries.
Conduct independent assessment of transactions, including evaluating the appropriateness of loan structures and the adequacy of underlying collateral.
- Assign credit ratings based on assessments and prepare credit memos with clear recommendation rationales.
- Assess collateral across a broad range of asset classes, including: Marketable securities (e.g., equities, bonds, structured notes).Commercial and residential real estate.Hedge fund units, limited partnership investments.
High-value assets such as aircraft, yachts, and art.
- Diligently monitor the portfolio on an ongoing basis to identify and mitigate pockets of risk.
- Stay informed of global, regional, and local market events and assess their potential impact on the portfolio.
- Review daily credit violation reports and monitor margin call accounts, effectively managing such margin calls.
- Ensure portfolio quality remains satisfactory and that risk concentrations and limits comply with the defined risk appetite, policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT to design and implement a credit monitoring system for the first line of defence.
Assist in enhancing existing credit processes, procedures, and manuals to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare internal and external reports on a regular basis, including portfolio analysis for auditors, regulators, and senior management.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to address complex credit requests and insurance assignments.
Support and contribute to credit-related projects as required

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Advanced degree (MBA, MAsters, CFA, or equivalent) in related filed
- **Experience**:experience in credit structuring, Lombard Risk or a related field. Experience in a private banking enviroment
Proven track record of successfully structuring and executing complex credit transactions.
- **Technical Skills**:Strong understanding of credit products (e.g., loans, bonds, derivatives, securitizations).
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and credit risk analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg, and other financial analysis tools. Advanced knowledge in Python SQL, Tableau / Power BI
