**Job Description**:
- Provide general administrative support to the Hospitality team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and communication between the department and external partners.
- Translate documents, agreements, and minutes of meetings from Chinese and Japanese.
- Keep track of all monthly reports received from hotels in Japan and Thailand.
- Update monthly performance data to prepare for Half-Year and Full-Year shareholders' meeting presentation slides.
- Support the preparation work for New Hotel Openings
- Assist in the preparation and planning for the opening of the Bhutan Hotel.
- Collate and compare quotations from various suppliers and vendors.
- Request samples and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- FF&E and OS&E Coordination
- Prepare and maintain FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) listings by department.
- Work with hotel department heads to ensure all necessary items are included and accurately listed.
- Assist in the ordering and tracking of FF&E and OS&E items.
