**Responsibilities**:

- Lead in the review, enhancement, and implementation of the Academic Quality Management Framework and the associated processes to support NIEC’s AQM Strategy. Lead and manage AQM reviews such as course evaluations, programme monitoring and other AQM reviews.
- Lead in the monitoring and tracking of AQM processes and indicators to ensure academic governance and to manage follow up actions on AQM findings/recommendations.
- Lead in the coordination of Cross Campus Electives to ensure timely and comprehensive collection of student and staff feedback. Provide analysis trend to generate insights for continuous improvement
- Lead in the implementation of the Desired Graduate Profile.
- Lead organisation wide events such as Graduation, perform secretariat role for committees and other tasks assigned by supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimally Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least five years of relevant work experience, preferably in academic quality management/assurance roles.
- Independent and self-driven individual with strong passion for quality work.
- Good team player with strong organising and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work well with people at all levels.
- Meticulous with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports for different audiences with mínimal supervision.
- Able to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data and provide analysis in the to facilitate tracking and monitoring of the academic quality of NIEC's programmes.
