**Join Our Team: Host/Hostess for a new F&B Concept in Singapore**

We are launching an exhilarating new cafe/bar concept in the heart of Singapore that promises an unforgettable experience for our guests. Our mission is to create a unique atmosphere that's as inviting as it is exciting. We are seeking a passionate and professional Host/Hostess to be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our guests.

**Responsibilities**

As our Host/Hostess, you will be the heartbeat of our cafe's atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of the telephone system and reservation procedures.
- Orchestrating the service flow and seating arrangements to optimise dining operations.
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring they are seated comfortably and efficiently.
- Upholding high hygiene standards by conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Addressing guest complaints effectively, escalating to management as necessary.
- Acting swiftly and appropriately in emergency or safety situations.
- Carrying out daily secondary duties and special projects as directed by management.
- Monitoring and enhancing guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Assisting guests with the organisation of private events.
- Anticipating material and supply needs and ensuring their availability.
- Establishing procedures for maintaining par-stocks for all menus and beverage lists.
- Taking ownership of the entire cafe, including order-taking and service of F&B products.
- Adhering to clean grooming standards, including cleaniness and personal hygiene.
- Managing of part-timers', their trainings and schedules.
- Promoting a team-oriented environment and a positive working climate. Barista responsibilities. (Trainings will be provided, prior experience is a huge plus.)
