Singapore PAPA PALHETA PTE. LTD. Full time

Be a Barista with an outstanding team that makes up the front-of-house service crew. Learn hand pour drip and espresso extraction methods, managing inventory, operations and supervisory skills, in our specialty coffee bars : Chye Seng Huat Hardware and PPP Coffee (Funan).

This is a role for you if you enjoy talking to, and being around customers in an energetic F&B environment. As a specialty coffee company at heart, you will get to experience the atmosphere and vibe of a well-known, homegrown, coffee company and gain exposure to the various segments of the specialty coffee industry in Singapore.

Note: Chye Seng Huat Hardware and PPP Coffee(Funan) are not a halal-certified establishment.

**Job Descriptions**
- Specialty coffee brewing skills
- Cashiering duties
- To perform ad hoc runner/barback/host duties when required
- Daily operations
- Proper maintenance and care for all coffee equipment - includes thorough daily cleaning, after peak hours, as well as maintaining a clean work area throughout the day
- Good understanding of the various types of coffee range
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Beverage creation/preparation
- Managing internal and external events
- Supervisory and people skills

**Job Requirements**
- Customer service attitude
- Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and in a team with a good learning attitude
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Experience in coffee making is ideal, although not mandatory
- Work locations: Chye Seng Huat Hardware (Lavender) / PPP Coffee Funan (City Hall)
- 6-days work week
