Seek out, develop and close deals with high-net-worth clients; Maintain current and develop new relationships with crypto key account clients; Analyse all the crypto key account clients' requirements and develop solutions to complex problems, and provide assistance on a variety of services and products; To promote the full range of corporate products, campaigns, and solutions, delivering high-quality customer service to key account clients; Monitor the performance of these customers and their portfolios in order to ensure stability and growth in business, be responsible for reaching the financial KPIs of the account; Identify crypto key account clients' investment and portfolio requirements, and coordinate with the management and product line to ensure smooth project delivery; Developing new business plans with key account clients and prospects in order to define new business relationships and drive sales leads; Built the right customer mix to ensure the short
- and long-term goals; Ensure compliance with all management reporting requirements, and monitor work according to company policies; Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies; Assist the Director and management, and cross-trade and design procedures to generate profitable sales in both existing and new business accounts through travelling, and customer visits to ensure the growth of the business; Documents of all strategic plans and procedures, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related disciplines; 5/+ years of key/ VIP account or sales management experience in crypto; Prefer to be in the same role in current exchange with existing VIP clients portfolio;

Strong team management abilities In-Depth experience in key account management; Proactive, Customer-oriented, well organised and detail-minded with strong business sense & market knowledge; Excellent negotiation, analytical & presentation skills; Strategic thinking with excellent interpersonal & communication skills; The ability to handle multiple client accounts; Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
