If you are in your second year at university and want to get hands-on experience of working at one of the world’s leading organisational consulting firms, Korn Ferry’s 10-week paid summer internship program could be just the answer.

As a summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about Korn Ferry, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team within one of our search industry practices. And you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.

This is a hybrid Internship program and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to work in our Singapore office. You may also have the opportunity to travel to client sites for project work.

You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern program in other international offices.

**What we ask**:

- The Singapore Intern Program is open to students in their second year of studying.
- You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
- You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
