Singapore OPTIONS GROUP SINGAPORE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Full time

Options Group is currently seeking to hire an executive search consultant in Singapore to support the FICC team across APAC regions, with a primary focus on sell and buy side traders, portfolio managers, salespeople, and structuring.

**Responsibilities**
- Experience in at least two, if not all, the following asset classes is a must: Credit, Rates, FX, or Commodities
- Strong existing relationships with hiring managers across current clients for the firm, or potential new clients for business development purposes via in-person meetings, phone calls, or VCs
- Daily interaction with consultants across APAC and other offices globally regarding business development, ideas for clients, etc.
- Collecting and collating relevant market intelligence within the FICC space in tandem with internal competitive intelligence team
- Willing to be on calls late evenings with other offices geographically, especially in New York headquarters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10+ years’ experience recruiting within the FICC space across both the sell and buy side
- Must have prior track record making cross-border placements in Asia
- Prior international work experience within the executive search space
- Previous experience providing strategic consulting solutions within executive search (including talent planning/retention, team lift-outs, competition overview, compensation analysis, market intelligence/mapping)
- Must have experience conducting retained search projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team member able to adapt and react quickly in a face-paced working environment
- Willingness to occasionally work European hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Visio
