**Roles & Responsibilities**

URGENT

Location : Jurong East

Contract period ; 9 months

Administrative work
- Project Management including resource planning, scheduling, communication

with user, progress monitoring and management of vendors to ensure project is

completed on time and within budget.
- Able to independently to carry the project management for the following:

- Tech refresh of computers and mobile devices and proper retrieval and

disposal of the old equipment
- Upgrade of operating system of computers by carrying out compatibility

testing, pilots, mass updates and ensuring that every computer is updated

within the due date.
- Rollout of software patches for computers and mobile devices by scheduling

the pilots, mass rollout, tracking of the progress, communicating with users

and ensuring every equipment is updated within the due date.
- To manage the leased computers by working with the technical team. To

ensure the proper tracking of the inventory from the delivery of goods, storage,

deployment, redeployments, tech refresh and finally to return on time when the

lease ends.
- To manage the mobile devices by working with the technical team. To ensure

the proper tracking of the inventory from the delivery of goods, storage,

deployment, redeployments, tech refresh and finally to proper disposal of

equipment.
- To manage the mobile data services including the mass issue of SIMS for a

new contract, ad-hoc return and issue of SIM cards, monitoring of monthly

usage, arrangement for roaming services and finally the disposal of SIMs when

To manage the loan of equipment by keeping track of the loan inventory,

ensure the proper sign off and return of loan equipment and to carry out

monthly verification of the current location of the equipment
- To arrange for the transportation of equipment between the agency offices for

the deployment and retrieval of ICT equipment
- To track and maintain records of ICT equipment, consumables and services

such as PCs, software, projectors, service subscription etc.

- To obtain quotations, prepare approvals to procure ICT equipment,

accessories, consumables and software
- To monitor the usage of consumables and replenish them in advance.

- To support and assist in the set-up of ICT equipment like laptop for

presentation or training by SFA staff. Provide basic ICT support during such

events.
- To perform computer operations activities such as running and checking of

batch jobs, checking of backup status etc.
- Track and maintain all computer operations problems.
- To arrange the setup of laptops within SFA premises, including the installation

of necessary software components for user acceptance test.
- To raise requests, monitor and ensure the proper completion of software

installations for agency computers
- To raise requests and ensure the proper execution and completion of requests

for WOG Services including user accounts, computing device, mobile device,

Mail, VPN and security services

Audio Visual (AV) operations support
- To setup and troubleshoot AV system during events and trainings.
- Track and maintain AV system in HQ.
- To provide advice or assist users in AV matters during or before meeting if

needed.
