**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with department managers.
- Design and implement training programs that are aligned with the company's objectives and ensure legal compliance.
- Oversee the creation and preparation of educational materials, such as visual aids, handouts, and evaluation forms.
- Administer training programs through various methods including workshops, seminars, webinars, and online courses.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as venues, equipment, and attendee lists.
- Regularly evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and assessment, modifying programs as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends, developments, and best practices.
- Ensure that training expenditures remain within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training suppliers and consultants.
- Provide regular reports to management about training progress and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Executive, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
- Good computer and database skills.
- Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is essential.

- Strong presentation skills.
