As a **Product Manager** you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

As a new digital bank, Trust is laser-focused on building products that will delight our users. This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager to define, build and deliver compelling experiences that will increase customer value as measured by app store ratings, NPS scores, and user retention.

The Product Manager will perform product discovery by performing user research; doing data-analysis; and analysing Google Analytics and Tableau to understand friction; pain points; and opportunities to increase conversion and adoption across the entire Mobile App. He or she will also need to write detailed user stories to implement the user stories, including comprehensive acceptance criteria
- we follow TDD.

Product areas include loyalty programmes, personal finance management, and coupons.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Conduct product discovery (via user interviews, surveys, data analysis)
- Analyse and report on the mobile app experience and tracking of OKRs
- Write persuasive PRDs about what problems we are solving and why
- Produce clear, systematic, and concise user stories
- Map out all relevant test cases and acceptance criteria

- Work with scrum teams to groom, estimate, improve and bring user stories to market

- 5 years of experience managing a consumer-facing product as a Product Manager in a Technology company
- Has worked in a day-to-day capacity with a scrum team building actual products
- Strong user empathy and analytical skills
- Experience working with vendors to deliver third-party products is a bonus
