**Role: Investment Banking, Director**

**Our Company**

Our client is a subsidiary of a Japanese Investment Bank, operating in Singapore for over 50 years. They are successful in being one of the key IPO advisors amongst the international investment banks in Singapore. The key products that they focus on are Asian currency unit transactions, securities, brokerage and dealing, investment banking and money market.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist senior team members in origination effort through regular proactive interaction with clients, investors and other professional advisors to build strong deal sheets and regional network
- Prepare marketing materials, pitch books & transaction documentation
- Conduct extensive company / industry research and analysis
- Build in-depth financial models and perform valuation analyses
- Lead M&A deal execution including the conduct of due diligence/site visits, pricing, structuring and negotiation
- Attend client meetings and assist in follow-up on deals

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or other relevant studies from a reputable university
- At least 7 years of Investment Banking or financial advisory experience in the Southeast Asia markets preferably with good M&A deal experience
- Strong ability to build & interpret complex financial models and valuation
- Personable, strong communication & interpersonal skill with a strong desire to excel
- Highly independent, self-motivated, team player and resourceful
