**About Sembcorp**

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and participate in quality planning such as FMEA, control plan, mistake proofing, supplier qualifications
- Lead in Quality Audit (First party and 2nd party audit of ISO 9001 System),
- Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead in supplier quality and Supplier development management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and supplier certifications
- Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality
- Provide technical support during Project QA, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
- Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the signed EPC contracts.
- Co-ordination with Safety / O&M / technical / engineering resources / customers and other stakeholders for QA/QC activities as needed
- Develop and and maintain a non-conformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Suppliers/Contractor and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective
- Establish Supplier / Contractor development program which trains the contractors to conform to Sembcorp’s requirements and put in place a system to achieve the required standards
- Manage and maintain NCR registry and drive stakeholders for closure
- Perform FAT local and overseas for key critical components when required.
- To understand and support QC activities when required.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree/ Diploma in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering discipline
- Minimum 3-year working experience as a engineering engineer or QA engineer
- Knowledge of the SS:638 & SS601 preferable
- Holding a recognized Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certifications is preferred
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma quality concepts and tools is preferred
