Prepare monthly QAQC reports for submission to the Corporate QAQC Department. Conduct monthly QAQC training for sub‐contractors. Issue QAQC non‐compliance notices to sub‐contractors. Attend monthly QAQC presentations and meetings at the Corporate QAQC Department. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with method statements, BCA Good Industry Practice, and approvals from clients and consultants. Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments and act as the primary quality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC matters and addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring. Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction methods comply with CONQUAS specifications, providing guidance on quality protocols, rectifications, and conducting relevant training as needed. Job Requirements Architectural‐trained or structural‐trained work experience. Minimum 3 years experience as a QAQC engineer in an A1 building main construction company, with additional experience in managing Quality Marks assessment processes or certifications considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently, meticulous, analytical, with strong problem‐solving skills, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines. Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary. Certifications: BCA‐Approved CONQUAS training or relevant quality certification such as ISO 9001:2015 in Quality Management Systems.
