**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in the mobile app or digital advertising and marketing industry and possess knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.
- Experience with data analytics or product development.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Excellent solution selling skills with the ability to understand the goals and identify the opportunities while providing customized solutions to help clients achieve success.
- Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a team environment, with the ability to work well in a global team.
- Passion for entrepreneurship, eager to help small and medium clients to grow.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of mobile app clients, providing data-driven insights, acquiring market share from competitors, and helping to evolve their Go-To-Market strategies specifically for app growth.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients/founders in the portfolio and partner teams within the app industry. Identify and explore global expansion opportunities that help clients scale their app user base.
- Ensure clients achieve their business objectives through app-focused advertising campaigns on Google Ads. Develop tailored pitches, strategies, and business proposals that enhance client success in the app market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Large Customer Sales, Google Play, Online Partnerships Group, and other stakeholders to achieve advertiser goals related to app promotion and business growth.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the mobile app industry to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
