- In addition to teaching, the post-holder will contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, such as Mathematics clubs, competitions, and enrichment opportunities. They will also serve as a Form Tutor, providing pastoral care and supporting students’ personal and academic development.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver a high-quality Mathematics curriculum aligned with the Cambridge International and The Perse School curriculum framework.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments that cater to varying levels of ability and language proficiency.
- Regularly provide formative and summative assessments to monitor students' progress.
- Prepare students for external examinations, including IGCSE, delivering a well-structured and challenging course.
- Promote mathematical thinking, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning through engaging lessons.
- Support students as a Form Tutor, contributing to their pastoral care and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Junior School to ensure curriculum continuity and cross-disciplinary learning opportunities.
- Establish strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
- Engage in professional development opportunities and share best practices in Mathematics education.
