JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING)

As a Part-time Sales Specialist:

- You are really skilled at discovering customers’ needs and finding the right solution
- Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the showroom, but you’re also the person who guides them — advising, selling, connecting
- You perform other roles within the store too, whether it’s maintaining visual standards, assisting team members or performing operational tasks on the sales floor
- Your success is measured by team and individual productivity

REQUIREMENTS (WHAT YOU’LL NEED)
- You can work in a fast-paced environment
- You have a proven track record of customer centricity
- You possess strong people skills - approachable, good listener, and empathetic
- You are willing to learn and embrace Castlery guidelines, golden standards and vision
- You have good work ethics and can present yourself well
- You are flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
