**Key Responsibilities**
- Work as part of our research and prototyping (R&P) team to solve challenging engineering tasks specifically relating to digital advertising and real-time bidding
- Collaborate with other teams to transform technologies, research work into prototypes or customer products
- Provide research guidance to junior members in the data science team
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for prototyping
- Evaluate feedback and challenging issues gathered by the business and technical teams and transform them into tractable problems to resolve.
- Safeguard of confidential information within Knorex as well as information entrusted to us by external parties

**Requirements**:

- Strong programming skills in at least one scripting or object-oriented language (e.g. Python, Java,...)
- Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Strong hands-on experience with Tensorflow/PyTorch and other machine learning toolkits such as Scikit-learn or Spark MLlib
- Strong research profile as demonstrated by publications in top ML/data mining conferences (e.g., NIPS, ICML, ICLR, SIGKDD, AAAI, IJCAI, WSDM, WWW, CIKM, etc.)
- Pick up new technologies and domain fast, excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in collaborative mode with minimum supervision
- Good process management and excellent follow-through
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English
- Work productively even under pressure
- Possess good work ethic and attitude
- Good awareness about information security and confidentiality
