**Responsibilities**:

- Act as PHT’s main stakeholder and trusted advisor in partnering with Global Partner Operations (GPO) Partner Managers on issues of Well-Being & Resilience for APAC/India Region.
- Gather key metrics for programs and consolidate data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders
- Identify issues, conduct a thorough root cause analysis and provide recommendations
- Manage and escalate system and processing issues and liaise with internal business partners on resolution
- Conduct audits of data to ensure processes and policies are being managed effectively, and data quality is improved.
- Identify, plan and execute on opportunities to improve processes or activities aimed at supporting workers health and well-being at Partner Organisations
- Monitor and follow-up on Partner Organisation monthly reporting requirements
- Conduct educational sessions with teams, gather feedback, identify areas of improvement
- Support Well-being, Resilience, Mental Health Onboarding - work with XFN to ensure execution, measurement and employee satisfaction
- Establish and maintain cross functional (XFN) relationships with GPO Partner managers characterised by trust and collaboration
- Establish relationships with site level Well-Being Leads at Partner Organisations aimed at understanding and responding to emerging challenges to worker well-being
- Conduct regular site visits and Round Table Discussion with Partner Organisation Workers to assess success of PHT initiatives and identify further areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain effective communication and education strategies with a focus on the Partner Organisations Workers
- Attend and actively participate in Partner Monthly Business Reviews (MBR’S) and Weekly Business Reviews (WBR’s) on areas touching on Worker Resilience and Well-being.
- Coordinate projects and processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to implement & develop scalable solutions and ensure operational excellence
- Provide project management support to scope and kick off new project initiatives
- Drive process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style, ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent oral, written communication and IT skills
- Strong ability for process design & build
- Organization, coordination, and execution focused
- 8+ years Project Management Experience
