Our client is a global company supplying semiconductors, electronics components, and more They are currently looking for an HR Director, who will lead the HR teams in the Asia Pacific region to perform the full spectrum of HR functions.
【What will you be working on】
- Formulate and synchronize HR-related policies, procedures, and practices.
- Work with the respective region HR on talent acquisition, talent retention, training, and succession planning.
- Benchmark and review salary structure to ensure competitiveness, propose and formulate incentive plans.
- Work with management and department heads to roll out quantifiable performance
measurements to ensure short
- and long-term company success.
- Work with departments to review and analyze employee efficiency, and propose solutions to support sustainable company growth.
- Ensure Singapore standard of compliance with employment laws, regulations, and other statutory HR requirements.
- Work with management to build a striving and inclusive work environment.
- Work with HQ’s Head of HR to ensure timely delivery of HR projects.
- ** Requirement**:
- 【What they're looking for】
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with a minimum of 5 years experience in HR covering the Asia Pacific region.
- Proactive and possess strong organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations within the Asia Pacific region.
- Ability to travel in Asia Pacific region when required
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
