The Responsibilities
- Solution & Service Delivery: Assume responsibility for driving the formulation of IT strategy and overseeing the provision of IT services to align with business strategy priorities
- Program & Project Management: Take charge of projects spanning various departments within the organization, employing proactive leadership to ensure the successful completion of all tasks within the agreed-upon constraints of time, cost, and quality
- Strategic IT Planning: Strategize, direct, and coordinate the planning of both demand and supply aspects of IT. Gather and prioritize IT demands from the business in order to create a structured portfolio of projects and enhancements that align with the overall business strategy

**Your other accountabilities will be of**:

- IT Leadership: Take charge of the IT function, overseeing all aspects of IT solution delivery and service support activities
- People Management: Provide management, coaching, leadership, development, and guidance to the solution delivery team. Develop comprehensive work plans for complex projects that span the entire organization, determining required tasks and resources
- Technology Trends: Stay up to date with IT industry trends, including technologies and pricing. Advise executives on leveraging technology trends to enhance competitiveness and drive intelligent technology investments
- IT Demand Planning: Oversee the planning and management of demand within IT operations. Prioritize projects in the portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- IT Budget Management: Manage the allocation and expenditure of IT capital and operational budgets

**The Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in an IT-related field
- Familiar in working with different territories globally, from Singapore. This role is to manage team members in Americas, Europe, and Asia
- Highly experienced in global business relationship management: internal facing and external facing. Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrate expertise in project management. Familiar in multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments. Demonstrate a strong background in IT projects
- Display capability to implement changes within a team
- Effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Demonstrate a business-centric approach, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to handle complexity
- Show a genuine passion for IT Infrastructure technology
