**Job Description**:
You contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by setting customer centric communication plans across owned and paid media for our marketplace channel.
You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity on the marketplace commercial calendar.
You are responsible for setting a customer centric communications plan for all paid and owned channels, creating joint-business planning with internal online and external partners, briefing of agencies and content teams, to drive customer, brand & sales goals for a customer target group in the sales market.
You are the key point of contact for stakeholders in the sales market when it comes to media marketplace channel.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Communications/Media Planning**
- Be immersed in the sales market communications plan and adjust with local deviations based on insights about different customer target groups, commercial patterns and growth targets
- Set a daily/weekly customer communications plan for all paid and owned channels, incl. site and store communications areas through collaboration with Commercial and Customer Activation teams
**Media campaign management**
- Set the planning, implementation and follow-up of the local paid media strategy
- Drive a successful implementation of global marketing campaigns and marketplace compaign participation entire funnel
- Brief & coordinate media and communications plan to marketplace teams in sales market
- Brief & coordinate communications plan to sales market content teams & regional production hub
- Key contact and responsible for the marketplace collaboration along with Key Account Manager
- Perform media audits om marketplace to ensure media buying efficiency
**Media/Activity Budget & Follow Up**
- Perform analysis and share results and learnings for the different customer groups per media channel for marketplace and monthly basis
- Perform weekly and monthly analysis of total marketplace impressions and revenue per marketing channel (for Media Planner with responsibility for cross customer groups activities)
- Drive allocation of paid brand & consideration media budget investments to different customer groups on marketplace, following up on results coupled to spending
- Handle invoices related to media spend on marketplace, making sure the spends are within the contractual limit
**Customer**
- Identify customer growth potential connected to media investments together with regional and local customer activation teams
- Know the customers in your markets and infuse insight into communications planning - seize opportunities to new customer acquisition and retention

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications - if not, at least 5+ years of working experience in marketing or media roles
- Strategic thinker with broad marketing & media skills
- Expert in paid brand & consideration channels (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print etc)
- Good understanding of local media landscape and how media agencies operate
- High analytical ability
- Structured, organized and efficient
- High level of English
- Strategic experience from driving brand & customer growth for different target groups, preferably from relevant local markets
- Operative media planning experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in above areas
- Have experience from planning activity calendars for multiple channels
- Have experience from setting and managing large media budgets
- Meriting with competence withing digital/tech and omni ways of working
