**Purpose of the Job**:
To engage in strategic initiatives and lead by example. To explore new opportunities proactively, e.g., new countries, new assets, new structures, etc. To support Head of Department with internal and external processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic**

Assess markets and transaction risks, identify and develop mitigants and obtain necessary approvals while closely monitoring existing securitization exposures and complying with applicable regulations and policies. Enhance O & D activities and implement strategic thinking. Expore new opportunities, manage projects, and support Head of Department.

**Financial**

Structure, organize and execute deals to maximize return and keep/improve asset quality. Contribute to achieve team’s profit and KPI target and manage exposure within limits.

**Customer**

Enhance collaboration with RMs and strengthen relationship with clients as PO.

**People**

Train and strengthen the capability of younger team members to build up the team capability. Maintain mindset as manager and demonstrate leadership.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Banking
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of securitization transaction structuring or execution
- Experience in Securitization Transaction Structuring and Management
- MS Office Skills with Key Capabilities in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to Detail
- Leadership and Resilience
