Cloud Clinic (Singapore) is looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual to develop new product offerings for our direct-to-consumer healthcare brands, Sire (men’s health) and Dame (women’s health). You can expect to be working with equally motivated individuals. **Why join us?**: - The opportunity to work with interesting healthcare topics - Agile startup focused on executing and learning fast - Strong ownership over product development - Hybrid-remote work environment with employment benefits **Responsibilities for Product development specialist**: **Product exploration** - Analyse healthcare needs of the population, market data and analyse customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD. - Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP). **New product development** - Responsible for entire product life cycle; from concept initiation to launch - Take the lead in close collaboration with cross functional teams for the purpose of product development and launch - Source for suppliers / contract manufacturers and liaise to develop new products - Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing - Provide product and domain knowledge as part of professional education for marketing team **Post-launch product management** - Analyse product performance, profit and loss, and identify actions required. - Manage product feedback and propose customer service responses. - Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals. **Qualities we are looking for**: - Healthcare related degrees such as pharmaceutical, biomedical, nursing, etc. - Experience with product development/management, preferably in pharmaceutical products - Strong independent learner willing to adopt a new range of competency ranging from analytics (GA, Ahrefs), design (Photoshop, Canva), tech (Zapier, Wordpress, HTML/CSS) - Confident in working remotely and utilizing collaborative tools such as Google Docs, Slack, Asana - Strong interpersonal skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally. - Personal remote set-up is required - Possess an interest in start-up culture, with a dog-friendly policy **Background**: Cloud Clinic is building Singapore’s first digital specialist hospital.
