The Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting Order & Trade Lifecycle Management, Portfolio & Performance Analysis, and Private Banking Solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with Temenos TTI, T24, TDS, and TDH platforms, focusing on securities, derivatives, structured products, and banking products.

**Job Description - Grade Specific**:
**Temenos Functional Analysis & Implementation**:

- Lead end-to-end Private Banking implementations covering TTI, T24, TDS, and TDH.
- Focus on key private banking areas, including:

- Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products
- Payments, Deposits, Loans, and FX
- Conduct PLW (Product Lifecycle Workshops) and prepare Gap Analysis documentation.
- Develop and manage High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD), Functional Solution Designs (FSD), and user stories.

**Agile Business Analysis**:

- Collaborate with Scrum Teams and Product Owners to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for agile project management and documentation.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership**:

- Conduct workshops, discussions, and meetings with key stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Provide leadership to drive change, build consensus, and gain stakeholder support.

**Problem Solving & Solutioning**:

- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for business and technical challenges.
- Develop creative approaches to meet business needs and overcome technical limitations.
- Quickly absorb and learn new systems, methodologies, and information.

**Requirements**:
**Functional & Technical Experience**:

- 12+ years of experience in banking and financial services projects, with a focus on Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP).
- Experience with at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations covering TTI, T24, TDS, and TDH.
- Deep understanding of Order & Trade Lifecycle Management, Portfolio & Performance Analysis, and Banking Products (Payments, Deposits, Loans, FX).

**Business Analysis & Agile Methodology**:

- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Agile methodology.
- Extensive experience in creating:

- Gap Analysis reports
- HLSD and FSD documentation
- User Stories and Backlogs
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum teams.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Outstanding presentation skills with effective verbal and written English.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences and present business requirements to technical teams.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and manage multiple stakeholder interests.

**Tools & Technologies**:

- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, AI/ML, and APIs is an advantage.
