
Inventory Planner

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Execute allocation and replenishment strategies from distribution centre to stores daily.
- Work closely with brand and warehouse to control and follow up incoming shipment.
- Ensure the correct balance of inventory in the stores according to seasonal assortment matrix.
- Evaluate the stock allocation and distribution based on sales, distribution plan and rationing criteria to maximize service level within the region and to support sales objectives.
- Monitor sales and control the stock levels within the region.
- Involve in seasonal buys.
- Responsible for determining and recommending opportunities with a short and long-term vision across all product categories.
- Responsible for bottom-up sales planning by store and line, as well as monitoring and reforecasting the seasonal and non-seasonal OTB for sales, margin, and inventory optimization.
- Drive the monthly forecast process through analysis of key trends and sales drivers to identify risks and opportunities in the business, such as inventory liabilities, and drives actions to resolution.
- Review markdown strategies to ensure they are aligned with margin targets.
- Work with logistics team to understand lead time, logic of picking and packing, timing to deliver products to stores and delivery schedules for each store.
- Work with merchandising and retail teams to understand priorities and market specific requests.
- Manage the “give and take” process according to analysis of stock balance, transport cost and sales trend.
- Address and fulfill store-to-store transfer requests daily.
- Support Lacoste and Ted Baker in the region.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with 2 years’ management experience in merchandising, planning, forecasting and allocation in a premium brand, working with product from concept through execution and experience leading multiple categories.
- Experience in retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with size analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, extreme accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
- Experience in using of Windows, Excel, Outlook, SAP and BI tools in order to monitor performances and KPIs.
- Availability to travel.
