**Job Description:
- Manage the entire smooth process in material planning, production planning, inventory control effectively.
- Prepare of warehousing order base on prioritizes job-orders.
- Participate and analyze forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer's order and material support.
- Review of production backlog & recovery.
- Close coordination with in-house production, assembly planners, buyer to clear overdue backlog.
- Make alternative plans towards fulfilling customer’s requirements.
- Ensure planning vs actual are achieved (SAP/MII monitoring)
- Liaise with Operations group to ensure that all quality obstacles are cleared.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a planning and inventory control
- Proven work experience as a Demand Planner or a similar role
- Experience in flow and control of stocks.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks effectively without being overwhelmed.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Willing to work on weekends and station at east Singapore.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar and experienced in advanced software such as word, excel, & SAP or similar ones
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Basic working knowledge of computers.
