We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Support the oversight and control of the budgeting/forecasting process and KPIs through partnership with key dependencies and stakeholders
- Prepare business performance reports and dashboards to facilitate strategy planning and decision making, and provide insights on Company’s financial performance tracking
- Support integration process through creation and standardisation of management reports across different lines of business
- Support expense allocation process
- Continuous improvement of processes with a focus on increasing efficiency
- Any other ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy / Finance
- 2-3 years of working experience preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in budgeting systems (e.g. Anaplan) is advantageous
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
