**The Role**:
The mission of our Sales and Marketing Operations group is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales & marketing organization through analytics, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. We identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth while supporting the operational cadence to surface business insights. Above all, we drive data driven decision making across the organization.

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to work with large data sets, conducting complex analysis, converting marketing results into actionable marketing decisions to accelerate Xendit’s growth.

**Outcomes**:

- BE AN OWNER: Translate the metrics and build a daily regimen to review trends. Dive into the details and unveil efficiencies throughout our funnel to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- BUILD THE ENGINE: Design and build automation around key performance metrics and self-serve dashboards together with martech tools to provide accurate, reliable and accessible business metrics as well as contextualizing them in operational performance and predictive analysis.
- BE BOLD: Build analyses for customer journeys, content consumption and analyze traffic patterns for insights through the funnel for acquisition, onboarding and nurturing strategies
- RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Drive the Marketing Analytics roadmap and prioritize the most valuable project
- BE ACTION DRIVEN: Ensure reports are insightful and action-focused, making recommendations to improve digital marketing activities (display, SEO, social, media, CRM), website + apps assets (user journeys and experience, conversion) and UI/UX optimization for websites, lead forms, partner placements
- RELENTLESS EXECUTION: hands-on approach on analyse data, build data infrastructure, conduct both historical and predictive analysis and convert into digestible, readable, and public available insights.
- PARTNERSHIP: Work closely with stakeholders from Performance Marketing and Product Marketing to understand their needs and ensure that their decisions are based on data
- MARKETING TECH GEEK: Manage technical aspects of all marketing systems (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, etc.)

**What we’re looking for**:
**Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL & Python
- 2+ years of professional experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- 1 Year of DMP experience (Good to Have)
- A strong understanding of statistics concept (e.g., hypothesis testing, probability, prevalence measurement, regressions)
- Experience with data pipeline architecture and data modelling
- Depth of knowledge around digital acquisition across digital media, affiliates, partnerships, owned channels
- Understanding of full funnel optimization from Leads to Conversions
- Strong communication skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills.
- Well organized, strong analytical skills, and capable of handling multiple projects with executive stakeholders
