Our Asset Management division invests in multi-asset strategies across Indian Growth Equity, Venture Debt, Private Credit, Venture Capital, Global Macro and Real Estate Private Equity.

**Job Purpose**

**(1) Origination & Deal Leadership**
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of private credit opportunities across Asia.
- Establish and nurture relationships with borrowers, financial institutions, intermediaries, and other stakeholders to drive deal origination.
- Lead transactions from inception to closure, ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external team.

**(2) Transaction Structuring & Execution**
- Negotiate, structure, and close private credit transactions, ensuring alignment with the firm’s investment objectives and risk parameters.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate opportunities and lead due diligence activities.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and counterparties to review and finalize transaction documentation, including term sheets, legal agreements, and security structures.

**(3) Syndication**
- Strategically syndicate transactions to co-investors, private credit funds, and institutional stakeholders.
- Actively present investment opportunities and maintain relationships with syndicate participants.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify syndication and co-investment opportunities.

**(4) Risk Management**
- Ensure adherence to internal risk management frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
- Proactively mitigate risks in transaction structuring, ensuring robust security and collateral arrangements.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**(A) Education**
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) in finance, economics, or a related field.

**(B) Experience**
- 8+ years of experience in private credit or investment banking, with a strong focus on credit transactions.
- Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and closing private credit transactions.
- Experience in leading and coordinating large, complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders.

**(C) Skills**
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
