**Roles & Responsibilities**

Seeking for motivated and passionate Field Service Technician to join our Singapore Service Team. You will be responsible for service activities of ICU & Operating Room equipment based at our customer sites. We expect you to be excellent as team player and in building relationships.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts
- Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations
- Implementing Field Corrective Actions
- Handling administrative work associated with service delivery
- Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance
- Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through team work
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment

**Requirements**:

- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- No Experience required as training will be provided.
