**Facilitator Role**

Workshop facilitators are one of the important pillars of our business. An engaging and inspiring workshop can only be made possible through dedicated facilitators with a positive attitude, excellent communication and engagement skills.

- To assist classroom training
- Assist the senior trainers to manage the classroom and to ensure learners are engaged in a positive way.
- To work with senior trainers, programme managers and teachers on training programme customisation.
- To ensure workshop activities are delivered in accordance with the desired lesson plan, programme objectives and outcomes.
- Undertake routine pre-workshop and post-workshop duties such as attendance taking, maintaining an orderly classroom, progress reporting and summary of training.

**Job Requirements 1 (Must Have)**
- Proficient in written and spoken English and one mother tongue language.
- Must be able to engage learners locally with physical presence.
- Must have a minimum of a diploma or higher from a recognised institute of higher learning in one or more of the following disciplines
- Artificial intelligence
- Business Administration
- Counselling
- Digital media development (AR, VR and/or metaverse)
- Educational psychology
- Engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic or software)
- Financial Management and/or accounting
- Programming, software programming or games coding in either one or more languages such as C++, C#, Python, Java, IOS Swift, R Programming
- Product design or development
- Project Management
- Social Work
- Sports Management
- Robotics Engineering
- Professional certification related to past experience (see below)
- At least 2 years past experience in the following industries or disciplines will be considered favourably: Automotive Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Counselling, Fashion Design, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Hospitality, Human Resources Management, Metaverse, Professional Photography, Social Work, Sports Management, Tourism and Virtual Reality.
- Must be IT savvy, be a fast learner and not afraid to use the latest ICT softwares
- Good presentation skills, having a proactive positive mindset and a friendly personality.
- Must process all the legal paperwork to take up employment in Singapore.

**Job Requirements 2 (preferred)**
- High energy and physically fit and active.
- Possess good conceptualization skills to understand learning methodology/concepts/programme framework.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
