**Be part of GovTech’s Procurement and Contracts Division (PCD) that provides a robust and fit for purpose procurement service to streamline and see to GovTech’s project needs effectively and efficiently, while ensuring public accountability.**

**Responsibilities**
- Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement
- Provide guidance and consultancy to GovTech users for ITQ/RFQ/Period Contract/DC/ post contract management
- Use of in-house Purchase Request System and GeBIZ to execute the following tasks:

- Publication of ITQ/RFQ/ITT/RFP/DC/Corrigenda via GeBIZ
- Retrieval of bids via GeBIZ
- Verifying details, ensuring correct approvals are obtained according to GovTech’s SOPs
- Processing awards
- Issuance of Purchase Orders
- Support procurement operations through use of financial system (Workday) such as creation of Supplier Contracts, Change Orders and perform housekeeping of purchase orders when required
- Support the Procurement team in projects and initiatives to improve the procurement processes and experience of users in GovTech

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Government IM on Procurement, use of GeBIZ system will be an advantage
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to effectively interact with and manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
