Operations
- Ensure timely matching of daily trade activities across multiple products, including Exchange-Traded Derivatives, OTC Derivatives (including Leveraged FX and Total Return Swaps), while efficiently managing exceptions.
- Coordinate with Exchanges, intermediary brokers, and Prime Brokers to facilitate smooth trade settlement and clearing.
- Conduct top-day and T+1 reconciliations, covering key aspects such as trades, open positions, total net equity, exchange fees, and initial margin requirements.
- Maintained and administered static data in the back-office system, including account openings/closings, interest rates, exchange/brokerage fees, and commission rate structures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the client experience during the KYC and account onboarding process.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve exchange and broker reconciliation discrepancies promptly and effectively.Ensure full compliance with exchange and regulatory reporting requirements, submitting all mandated reports accurately and on time.

Risk Management
- Support the review and enhancement of the current risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure effective implementation and enforcement of risk policies across the business.
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to monitor risk exposures and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Perform initial credit assessments for newly onboarded clients and conduct periodic credit reviews for existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver regular risk reports (daily/monthly) for management review.
- Collaborate continuously with Headquarters and relevant stakeholders to improve monitoring procedures.Provide support on ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an Operations or Middle Office role, preferably in futures, FX, or other derivatives products.
- Knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives and Leverage FX is an advantage.
- Familiarity with trade lifecycle, back-office processing, and reconciliation processes.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and public holidays as required.Able to communicate in English and Chinese due to frequent interactions with China HQ and Chinese speaking Counter parties
