**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Strategy**:_
- Define & execute Nordek’s scale-up strategy, vision, mission, & long-term strategy to position it as leader in Web3/Crypto space.
- **Fundraising & Investor Relations**:_
- Drive fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, & represent Nordek to potential investors, and stakeholders
- Conceptualising and implementing strategies around various aspects of the organizational growth and organizational improvement.
- **Marketing & Brand Building**:_
- Strategize go-to-market strategies, focusing on building the company’s brand, awareness, and presence within the Web3 and crypto communities.
- **Partnerships & Ecosystem Development**:_
- Identify and lead strategic partnerships, collaborations, & business development opportunities that support Nordek’s growth objectives.
- **Proactiveness**:_
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, & business operations to ensure profitability and sustainable growth while keeping abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the Blockchain/Web3 industry proactively.

**Must Have**:

- Proven track record of accomplishments in a similar leadership position. Previous experience in high-growth companies is essential.
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead, influence, and direct projects at a fast pace.
- Expertise in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, brand building, scaling teams and operations.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain technologies, Passion and understanding of cryptocurrencies and the WEB3 ecosystem

**Education and Experience**:

- At least Bachelor's degree in FIN, TECH, MKT or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leadership roles, FIN-TECH experience, with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience involving WEB3.
- Foreign professionals highly encouraged to apply
