Singapore Axiom Law Full time

We are currently seeking a lawyer with investigations, compliance experience to work with our F500 clients in the Financial Services sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and conduct investigations into potential violations of company policies, ethical standards, relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support on compliance issues related to financial regulations from various regulatory bodies.
- Advise on legal and compliance risks arising from investigations and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate these risks.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
- Conduct compliance and ethics training sessions for employees, focusing on relevant laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

**Mininum requirements**:

- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance and ethics investigations
- Proven experience in conducting investigations and handling sensitive matters with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
