We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Relationship Manager.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
In this role you will
- Provides full-service banking and all transactions to Ultra High Net worth & High Net Worth individual clients, covering Australia, Japan & International markets, through the marketing of all appropriate company services
- Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment
- Grow HSBC’s share of ultra/high net worth client wallet involving investment and product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with client/sector requirements
- Establish new relationships and manages existing relationship in order to generate new assets under management and Revenue
- Qualifications - External
To be successful you will need
- Relationship management experience in Private Banking
- Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
- Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
- Strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
