**JOB SUMMARY**

The Regional Analyst, Merchandising Operations will assist the Sr Manager, Merchandising Operation/Partnership to drive market growth and execute global brand vision. This individual will provide product performance, sell-in, and sell-through reporting and analysis across all channels as well as financial modelling in support of the Merchandising team at Crocs.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prepare and Analyze Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Seasonal performance against key performing metrics including sell-in and sell-through data
- Review data and provide insights and analyses
- Collation of partners' data and generate reports for key accounts
- Develop and standardize regular reporting across all channels on ranging, pricing, margin and any other key metrics.
- Manage and maintain latest data in system and tools. Provide system support to merchandise department to enable smooth execution of seasonal processes
- Work collaboratively with all channels to compile feedback or forecast required for timely submission
- Communicate updates/changes from Global effectively to all channels
- Recommend workflow and process improvements, driving continual optimization and efficiency
- Generate/create ad hoc reports, analyses and tasks as needed

**OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, or Economics
- 3-5 years of related work experience in Planning, Merchandising, Retail Analytics, Category Management, or Allocation. Experience in Retail a plus
- Strong technical inclinations and abilities demonstrating strong knowledge of data visualization and Microsoft Excel analysis skills
- Excellent retail math skills
- Experience with a self-service analytics and reporting tool, such as Power BI, Qlik, Microstrategy or Tableau
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to take direction well, work independently and able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to meet high pressure deadlines when necessary
- Flexible and sets high standards for work responsibilities
- Ability to adapt easily to change
- Strong cross-cultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills and work well in a team
